GET CLEAR FOR THE NEW YEAR

Create YOUR Performance Career Plan For 2027

Enough Flailing — It’s Time to Focus and Follow Through!

3 hour ONLINE workshop with Vixen DeVille

BECAUSE "HOPE" IS NOT A BUSINESS STRATEGY

If you’ve been taking classes, chasing gigs, and still wondering what’s next...

This is your opportunity to step back, get clear,

and decide where you’re actually going.

You’re not alone.

Most performers don't have a career plan!

They take the next class. Apply for the next gig. Say yes to the next opportunity.

And before they know it, another year has gone by without actually DECIDING what they're building.

Saturday Dec 5th 2026

11:00am - 2:00pm PACIFIC / 2:00pm - 5:00pm EASTERN

Replay available for VIP ticket holders.

IT'S TIME TO FIND YOUR FOCUS AND GET INTENTIONAL!

This isn't about making a list of vague resolutions and hoping "January-You" sticks to them.

This is a practical working session designed to help you:

- Get clear on what you actually want from your performance career.
- Get strategic about what needs to happen to make it possible.
- Get intentional about where you're putting your time, energy and money in 2027.

With practical tools and candid insights from Vixen DeVille, you’ll walk away with a plan that keeps you focused, intentional, and accountable throughout the year.

THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU IF ...

  • You have big ambitions for your performance career — but no clear roadmap for getting there.

  • You’re tired of saying yes to whatever opportunities appear and want to start creating opportunities of your own.

  • You’re investing time and money into classes, costumes, photos, gigs and promotion — but aren't sure what's actually moving your career forward.

  • You’ve been dabbling in performing and ready to stop treating your career like a collection of random gigs.

  • You want to make smarter decisions about where to put your time, energy and money.

  • You want 2027 to be the year you stop aimlessly hoping and start deliberately building.

WHAT WE'LL WORK ON...

  • 01 — DEFINE YOUR VISION FOR 2027
Define what you actually want your performance career to look like in 2027 — not what you think you should be doing.

  • 02 — PINPOINT YOUR PRIORITIES
Identify the opportunities, skills, relationships and activities that will actually push the needle to achieve your goals rather that leaving you spinning your tires.

  • 03 — CREATE YOUR STRATEGY
Working backwards from your larger goals, mark out your step by step action plan for the days, weeks and months ahead that you can actually stick to!
